The absentee owners retained us to help them create their dream home, where they would retire to.  During their many world-wide travels, they fell in love with the look of Italian 'Tuscan' villas.  We acted as "project manager", working closely with the architect, builder, subs and other trades to ensure the end result met the owners expectations.

The owners would visit Tucson for a few days to a week about every 2 months to review progress and make product or finish selections.  Most communication with the owners was handled via email and phone.

We were involved in the selection of all interior AND exterior finishes and materials, including the landscaping, patio layout and furniture, kitchen, etc.  We even designed a custom fireplace for the great room, hand-made from Cantera stone.

The net result was a 5,000 sq. ft. "Tuscan villa in the desert" that has won rave reviews from all that have seen it, especially the owners.
